Microplate Reader Infinite® M Plex 200 PRO
The Infinite M Plex is a fully equipped multi-mode plate reader with monochromator-based optics that offers free wavelength selection and scanning capabilities. It is a ready-to-use workhorse for all standard absorption, fluorescence, and luminescence assays.

SeqStudio Genetic Analyzer
The SeqStudio Genetic Analyzer is a 4-capillary electrophoresis system with single-base resolution (Sanger sequencer). The four capillaries, the universal polymer, and the anode buffer are contained in a replaceable cartridge that allows for the analysis of 1,000 samples. The system can measure the emission of 6 fluorescent dyes and is currently calibrated for 6FAM™ dye, VIC® dye, NED™ dye, PET® dye, and LIZ® dye.
- Sanger sequencing with BigDye Terminator v1.1, ~v3.1, BigDye Direct

FastPrep 24 Homogenizer
The FastPrep 24 Homogenizer allows for the simultaneous homogenization of up to 24 soft tissue samples.
- Soft tissue, e.g., muscle, kidney, spleen, brain, etc. (not for cartilage, bone, frozen samples, etc.) in disposable 2-ml screw-cap vials with ceramic beads (lysis matrix)
- In combination with a lysis buffer, the use of fresh tissue, or prior preservation in RNAlater (RNA)
- Extraction of RNA, DNA, and proteins
- Special consumables are required (MP Lysing Matrix Tubes)

NanoDrop™ One Spektral Photometer - ThermoFisher
The NanoDrop One is a UV/Vis microvolume (1 to 2 μl) spectrophotometer for measuring absorbance in the range of 190 to 850 nm.
- Quantification of nucleic acid- and protein samples is possible in a linear range of up to 27,500 ng for DNA/RNA and 400 mg/ml IgG without dilution
- “Acclaro Sample Intelligence Technology” enables the differentiation of DNA and RNA as well as automatic correction for potential contaminants
